What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. The contact form collects your name, email address, project type, budget range and an optional message. The free Screen Test form collects your website address and email address, which we use to run the check and email you the scorecard and one follow-up about the full audit. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through this site. Please do not send them in the message field.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers and does not set tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this page and add a consent notice first.

How we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote if you ask for one, and keep ordinary business records of work we do together. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who processes it

Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider that may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. The site itself runs on a virtual private server we operate. Our studio uses AI tools to help prepare and review work, so text you send us may be processed by AI service providers when we work on your project.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records. Records for completed projects are kept as long as needed for support and for our tax and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to us contacting you. Send the request through our contact form and mention “privacy request”. We aim to respond within 30 days. This policy is written with Canada’s PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA in mind. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
